The GPSA Travel Grants Committee welcomes applications for refunding membership fees paid out of pocket to attend conferences. This should be a membership fee paid between July 1st, 2023 and April 30th, 2024. Successful applicants will be entitled to receive a complete reimbursement of their membership fee, covering both national and international conference organization fees. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Select the 2024 Membership fee application.

Notice:

  1. The student should have paid the membership fee out of pocket.
  2. The student should not have received a refund for the membership fee elsewhere.
  3. The membership fee must have been paid between 1st July 2023 and 30th April 2024.
  4. Only one application per applicant.

Documents:

  1. Approval letter from advisor
  2. Membership confirmation
  3. Receipt for membership fee
